Estée Lauder Perfume
Estée Lauder is one of the world’s largest manufacturers of cosmetics, perfumes, skin care and hair care products.
Founded in New York in 1946 by husband and wife team, Estée and Joseph Lauder, the company initially produced skin care products. Within two years the Lauders struck a deal with the department store Saks to sell their products.
Over the following years, Estée Lauder expanded its range and developed a range of innovative perfumes for both women and men, including the Aramis men’s fragrances brand in 1964. Amongst the company’s many innovations, was the creation of the Clinique label – the first fragrance-free cosmetics brand.
Today Estée Lauder employs over 20,000 people, and remains under the control of the Lauder family.
