Prada’s first perfume is a versatile scent that was launched in 2004. It has a refined and sexy character, with hints of both the modern and the traditional. Expertly blended by Carlos Benaim and Max Gavary, it produces wave after wave of enticing sensation.
The bottle was designed by Pierre Dinand and is very rectangular with straight lines and angles. The spray is set to one side, adding a slight quirk to the look, and it features an old-fashioned atomiser. The main fragrance notes are exhibited on the top on a metal plate.

- Top Notes (fragrance lasts about 20 minutes) Mimosa Absolute, Bitter Orange, Mandarin and Bergamot
- Middle Notes (fragrance lasts 3 – 4 hours) Rose Absolute, Patchouli Absolute and Indonesian Patchouli
- Bottom Notes (make fragrance last longer) Tonka Bean, Vanilla, Indian Sandalwood, Benzoin Resinoide Siam and Labdanum

Prada Tendre
Prada followed the success of its signature scent with the launch of Prada Tendre in 2006. This oriental woody fragrance retains the key notes of the original, whilst adding four new fragrance dimensions: vibrant, fluid, iridescent and sumptuous, each of which is articulated by different ingredients.
The bottle retains the simple, elegant shape of the original, complete with the atomiser.
