Stella McCartney Perfume
Stella McCartney is an English fashion designer who was born in 1971 in London. She studied at the Central St Martins College of Art and Design, where her graduation collection was snapped up by some of the most famous stores. McCartney set about starting her own line and exhibited her first collection in 1997. She then took a position with Chloe as creative director, where she stayed for four years and enjoyed great reviews.
Stella McCartney joined the Gucci Group in 2001, and the first collection under her own house debuted in Paris. She has created costumes for film and pop tours as well as producing an Adidas sports collection and fashions for H&M. In 2005 she was the recipient of the Women of Courage Award for work in the fight against cancer.
With flagship stores in LA, Manhattan and London, and collections being sold worldwide, the Stella McCartney label is a great success. The company also produces accessories, glasses and fragrances; the first Stella McCartney perfume was released in 2003, and incorporates her favourite scents.
